We've had so many requests for a Box without tails for the hardcore racing scene that we decided to offer a Tailless version. This is for the true all out racer that doesn't want the competition knowing when he's on the brakes.

It's the only airbox that is truely built above and beyond the factory specs, Some of our competition will tell you that there as good or better but ask them where the factory intake Boot locking ring is on there airbox.

It’s everything in one neat package! Its a High Performace Airbox, Battery box with hold-downs, and a License Plate mount. It comes complete with all mounting hardware. All you need is a hour and a few hand tools to install this awesome all-in-one performance and appearance improvement product.

The stock Yamaha YFZ450 air filter is notoriously difficult to install and it's leaky...choking your engine while letting fine dust particles leak in to mess up your cylinder walls and slowly rob you of power.

Our airbox is also the only one available today that has a real CNC machined intake flange which mean's that the intake boot locking ring is milled right in which mean you never have you intake boot come off again, unlike our competition.

The filter (not included) is available from any Yamaha parts dealer as number GYT-5TG95-01-10. The optional (but recommended) dirt sleeve is Yamaha Part Number GYT-5TG95-11-BL.
